Adherence to DFM reviews and feedback to our customers are generated via our project managers and floor personnel. Moreover, all assemblies are visually inspected to ensure compliance to workmanship standards and specific customer requirements.

We use statistical methods to verify that manufacturing processes are stable, capable, and located on target in the middle of the specification. We use statistical production process control to meet the customer's requirements. We also use a control system for assuring that purchased material meet requirements. This system includes the use of statistical process control charts.
